Yes another Sky Stream issue - audio dropouts

I have recently been having an issue of audio dropping out during content (ie. not when switching to/from adverts, switching channel...).  Sometimes it comes back on its own after about 5 - 10 seconds or so,  other times I need to actively do something to restore the sound. This happens in both the live TV channels and when using apps. One of these actions usually fixes it, but often need to try several  - swtch channel, leave and then return to app, go to settings and switch video 2160 -> 1080 -> cancel.  Sometimes only a full restart/power cycle fixes it.  Any ideas?

 

  • puck is connected to router using wired ethernet
  • puck wifi option is OFF
  • Netflix speed test shows 85-90Mbps
  • broadband provder is Sky (on 900Mbps)
  • System info:  Sky OS: 1.3,  Build  version: QSE038.010.00P,  UI version: 3.235.0,  Platform version: 8.2p12s1, HW model: IP061-ef.
