Sky puck is poor connection so unable to stream tv

Is this a new puck or have you recently started to have issues?
Plus has anything lately changed with your broadband connection, as you flag that in your subject.
For some initial help;
Can you do a network speed test on your puck.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few or more times, over a half hour period.
What is your speed?
You could also try a restart of your broadband router.
