Last night I turned on my sky and got a frozen screen saying would I like to turn on voice control. After trying the reset it was still showing the same thing so I left it and went to bed
i woke up this morning to an email saying my TV package has been cancelled from today. I have not asked for this to happen I have also not received any other communication.
can anyone help me please.

Does MySky show your services as cancelled?

Nobody here can see the status of your account. You will need to give Sky a call.
