@newdawn You should be ablke to remove elements of your TV packs by logging into your Sky account https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup

You can do it in your MySky app, under Your products.
If you have a few pucks or Sky Glass TVs and you now only require only one of those devices, make sure the single device you need is set as your Primary device.
You will need to return any unwanted pucks that you ordered after 23rd February 2023, as they are Sky owned.
You can check and change the Primary device status in your MySky app also.
