Where is my stream puck!!

Why have I signed up for a sky essentials

TV package with my broadband and the stream puck was meant to be delivered 3 weeks ago but the order still says delayed!? What's the issue, have we run out of pucks or something, I don't understand how you can charge me for a service when you haven't delivered the bloody thing

Welcome to the community,  you are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here  you need to call sky about this and  ask them

If the order has been delayed you shouldn't be paying for the TV subscription yet, as the TV billing will start either when you activate the Sky Stream puck by following the on-screen instructions or 21 days after delivery ( whichever is first). If you haven't recevied the puck yet then it can't activate so the billing shouldn't start.
