Where is my sky streaming puck

Where is my Sky Streaming Puck ? I ordererd one 2 weeks ago , did not turn up , Sky said that they sent another one on Tuesday 13th Jan , still not here , No tracking nothing , i have rung about 10 different sky customer services poeple , im not getting any where ,any one else had this trouble ?

If you aren't getting anywhere calling customers services all you can do is raise a complaint and allow Sky up to 8 weeks to resolve it: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

I know , im just trying to find out if anyone else has had this trouble ,

i have put in a complaint , and contacted Sky Customer Services , But i cant get a straight answer as to what has happened with the two Sky Pucks that they say should have been delivered , 1 one week , not delivered , and 1 another week not delivered , but i have recieved the sky hub 🤷🏼‍♀️
