Where is my sky stream box

I recently got sky broadband installed. On Friday I got a call from Sky asking if I wanted a Sky Stram box which I agred to.. since then i have heard nothing further. On the info page its saying awaiting activation. No further emails apart from you'll soon be watching. then nothing.

Did you sign up to a Sky Stream TV subscription over the phone or did they simply say, 'do you want a Stream puck'?

Pucks are normally sent next day delivery but can be delayed. You should really call Sky and clarify exactly what you agreed and how much it will cost you. They should also be able to tell you when the puck will be dispatched.

When they rang I  agreed to a TV package. Been on the phone to sky half an hour ago, all he said was wait another day. I'm no further forward.

Sky had become very bad with customers and helping them. I my opinion Sky has gone backwards. They take forever to reply to your messages if at all. Customers services use to be a top quality service! New its become very lacking in quality services.
