Where can I suggest improvements to sky Stream Service?
Not sure if this annoys anyone else but it does me, where can I go to suggest improvement to the Sky Stream service?
I know that you get all the different series on Sky Stream, but think it would be even better to know what year the series was made, so that you would know instantly if a new one has come out instead of guessing. Also on Virgin and I believe Sky Q, if you have watched a programme before it show that always where as on Sky Stream if just shows it for a short while before it takes it off. I find this really frustrating and sm constantly having to rewatch programmes to find out where I hit up to. I bive with these two fixes it would make viewing a lot more pleasurable. What do you think? How can I make this suggestion to Sky Stream?

Re: Where can I suggest improvements to sky Stream Service?
Hi @Gill555 and welcome to the forum. I completely agree with you on both suggestions. Some programmes show the date of broadcast but most do not.
I find Next-Episode.net helps but it is not ideal. Geektown.co.uk is also an excellent site for advising when new episodes are going to be broadcast but to get the real benefit of email reminders you need to register which is free,
With regards to the progress bars only showing for a couple of weeks unfortunately there is not much you can do other than hope that Sky improve the service. Other providers like Disney and Apple keep the progress bars indefinitely.
You could try giving your suggestions to Viewer Relations at [email protected] and asking them to forward to the relevant department. I can confirm that the issues you mention have been discussed in the past on the closed forum.
If my post (or any other) has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution
