Watching paused TV cuts out and then returns to live viewing

I am a new customer and recently got the sky stream with 150mb/s broadband package. The internet is fine but when watching shows on the sky stream puck it will randomly stop and then tell us we can't continue viewing the programme. When we watch something on live tv thats been paused (so a couple minutes behind live) it will cut out and then resume viewing from live tv so we will have lost the few minutes in between which is usually the conclusion of the programme which is highly frustating. It happens about 80% of the time.

Do you have the Sky Stream connected to the internet via Wifi or ethernet cable?
