WGT8 error code technical error?

So we got sky stream about a week ago and are still waiting for the broadband to be installed, and therefore i'm streaming sky over virgin media at the  moment. 

 

whenever I try to use the red button to choose which courts to watch for tennis  i just get wgt8 errors  i alredy refreshed/ updated the apps and reset the box. I did think it could  be just we're not fully connected yet but when I rang sky today they sent another remote which i can't see doing anything?

 

has anybody experienced anything simlar?

@James3200 I have personally never had this error message which has been seen on Sky Q setups as well.  Have a look at THIS link to a similar thread on the Sky Q forum to see if it helps.
