Sometimes it happens.
What normally brings it back is trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Re: Voice command stopped working on my remote
@Neil209 Try rebooting the puck. To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.
If that doesn't help then try reseting and pairing the remote again by following these steps;
- Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
- Press 4 and 6 together for three seconds (IR mode).
- Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow the on-screen instructions.
