Updating software

Anybody had this, on my puck multi room my screen is saying updating software connecting.

But still not working and doesn't connect. Spoke to Sky and all that want is £50 for a new puck

Although the article says Sky Glass the same procedures would apply to the Stream puck.

Nothing works also remote isn't connected now
