Unable to subscribe to Mvmnt app

I've just followed the process to subscribe to the Mvmnt app and activate the 45 day free trial.
The later stages of this process asks me to scan the QR code which appears on my screen in order to activate my subscription.

Once I've done this, my telephone screen asks me to enter my email address used to create the Mvmnt account.

Once I've done this, Mvmnt emails me a 6 digit validation code to enter (still on my phone).

Once I've entered this 6 digit code, a message appears saying subscription not found.

I've tried this three times with the same result.

I called Sky and the agent had never heard of the Mvmnt app.

Can anyone help?

AFAIK Sky have discontinued the full use of the Mvmnt app. It was really intended to be used with the now discontinued Sky Live camera with Sky Glass. When that was killed off, so was the full use of the Mvmnt app. 

You can always try contacting Mvmnt directly and see if they can help.

The Mvmnt app is still available on Sky Stream and  Sky Glass.

It no longer though has any ties to the discontinued Sky live device, so as expectbyou want will run as a standalone app on Sky Stream and Sky Glass.
