Unable to set up
I received my sky equipment yesterday but can not get it to work

It definitely wasn't Sky+ (the board on which you've posted) as that platform is no longer supported by Sky or offered to new customers.
So if you answer the question asked above by @Annie+UK we can move your post to the correct board for help.

@Jude19671 But which TV Box did you receive as it won't be Sky+ (where you have posted) as that is not a supported service.
