Unable to redeem exclusive offer

IMG_9545.jpegbeen sent this email as an exclusive offer, when clicking the link to redeem the offer for £11, it doesn't appear and forwards you to customer deals for sky glass.

Anyone had any luck with this?

Nah I only have sky mobile. Email came through as an exclusive offer, small print didn't mention having to have sky tv.

I also have this offer I rang sky to get it but was told there's not such offer on their system and point blank refused to honour it. I also only have sky mobile.

It does say 'online exclusive' on the offer so that's probably why they have no idea about it on their system. 

If it doesn't work when you click the link then try using a different browser, and/or clear cookies.

Yeah same as when I called, said they couldn't see the offer but would credit me £30 if I went ahead with it but it would still be £15 a month. Only reason i considered it was due to the offer price so I declined.

Ok I've managed to speak to someone just now the offer is for new stream customers only you need to speak to someone in new sales. I wasn't able to use the offer as I have had sky stream before soma bit odd I got sent the offer

I take it you just called the standard number and managed to get to new sales. Not sure which department I spoke to last time. I'll give it another try

Update I've managed to get the offer  but they've had to pass it to the back office to put a monthly £4 credit on my account

Thanks Vespa for the advice, managed to speak to new sales and got the £11 a month offer.
Said I was the first one he has spoken to that has redeemed the offer. I asked why it doesn't work online and he said you have to call to get it. Don't know how true that is but seems a strange way to promote an offer.
