I opted for SKY cinema included in the bundle is paramount plus and discovery Chanel.
i am unable to activate both paramount & discovery. I have contactacted Sky, paramount + several times.
Sky try everything but still doesn't work. each person says they will ring back - not one person has returned the call. They don't know what to do.
Anyone else had this problem

What exactly is the issue? If you describe your problem in more detail the community will do it's best to assist or we can escalate your post to Sky.

i have gone through various things with different sky help people
including a factory set of my puck.
nothing has worked. After been assured they would call back not one person has called back.
the same message comes for discovery +
also downloaded Firefox instead of safari . The same thing happens.
