UHD content not playing
Every time I select a programme with UHD content I get the message 'the content you have selected cannot be played on this device'. UHD was functioning on Sky Sports yesterday on this box/TV.

Check the display settings of your Puck. It needs to be set to 2160p. Sometimes the puck reverts back to HD (1080p) with out warning. Although seems to been fixed with software updates.

Thanks for the info. I had already looked at settings and rebooted the puck. The puck on my other TV was playing UHD without any issues so I swapped the pucks round and, hey presto, suddenly they both work with UHD. I will never know why!

What sort of HDMI cables do you use?
Perhaps the HDMI cable wasn't properly seated?

Chord C-view - quite high end. I hadn't moved anything but you may well be right as, in swapping them, I made sure they were formly in the socket. It's great that the puck is so small and light but good cables are heavier than the device itself!
