UHD STREAM
Hi. I'm finding UHD setting on sky stream just too dark / black. HD is more natural and brighter image. SAMSUNG QLED.

@Garb1 May well be the Samsung Nits are too low for HDR, you could just use none HDR by turning off UHD color in the Samsung settings. (Check your TV User guide for how to get this, it may be called something different) this would make the TV display UHD but no HDR.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
