Two weeks for an engineer
I cannot believe it takes two weeks to get an engineer. No TV for two weeks. Very poor. I better get a refund.

There is no engineer sent out for a Sky Stream puck or Sky Glass TV.
If you have a problem with your Sky Stream or Sky Glass, what is your problem, we may be able to help.
Or do you have Sky Q, where Sky do send out engineers to fix some issues?
