Try a reboot in the first instance. If you are still having issues open netflix > right hand menu > get help > connection check. And see what speed your puck is getting.

 

You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.

 

You can reboot you puck by going Settings > system management > resets and updates > restart device.
