It's probably your broadband connection. Sky Stream relies on it being fast and stable at all times in order to function.
Test the connection to the puck by opening the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
Also give the puck a reboot - this can often help to flush the cache and free up some RAM.
