How can the internet providing test and stream say it's ok but the tv program doesn't load?

Because it is testing from the perspective of your router and if the puck is checking in, it's showing it online. Have your tried a reboot of the puck in the first instance? What speed do you get both broadband at at the puck itself?

I had this earlier and restarted my puck via the settings menu and it was fine afterwards.
