Tv signal issue
Dear Sky Customer Services,
I recently obtained one of your Sky Pucks, but unfortunately I have been experiencing ongoing problems with it.
I have already carried out all of your suggested troubleshooting steps, including turning the device off and on again and repositioning the router. Despite this, the issue persists.
The problem only occurs when watching live TV. All apps work perfectly without any issues, and I also use Apple TV, which functions normally. My Wi-Fi connection is strong, and the router is positioned right next to the Sky Puck, so I do not believe this is a connectivity problem.
Whilst watching a tv program the screen will frequently go black then a second or two later the picture returns.
Given these circumstances, the issue appears to be with the Sky Puck itself rather than my broadband connection.

Re: Tv signal issue
@Steve6508 You're not actually contacting Sky customer services by posting here.
The issue sounds like poor wifi speeds, therefofe open the Netflix app on the STream Puck, go to Get Help, run connection test, what speed is bein g reported?

Re: Tv signal issue
If the puck is right next to the router, connect it via Ethernet cable and turn WiFi off on the puck's network settings.
