Re: Tv overiding sky

When I go to switch on the sky box the tv always comes on first it takes around 5/6 times of switching on and off to enable sky to be in control of the tv .. if that makes sense, also the sound in sky just randomly goes off, usually if we are watching sport

I always turn the sky box on first by pressing the home button (not the power button) on the sky remote. Then long press the standby button on the sky remote to turn on the tv.
