@Ellie199 Hi Ellie, I may be wrong but it sounds like you are pressing the remote to turn the puck on then pressing it again to turn the tv on. If you have paired the remote correctly just the one press will turn the puck and the tv on together. Sorry if I have misunderstood but if not go back into settings and retry pairing them again.
