Hi all!
im moving out at the end of the month, and I won't be needing my sky stream anymore. My partner has taken interest in having one, does anyone know if there's any online forms I can fill out to transfer it to another person or will I have to call? I'd still be paying, but it would be for him. TIA xx

Hi @benjjvi Sky don't allow accounts to be transferred from one person to another so you would need to cancel and return the puck and your partner could then sign up as a new customer.

Re: Transfer Sky Stream to another property
Hi @benjjvi
Generally sky can't be transferred to another person, only usually on the death of an account holder. You will need to call sky and either terminate your subscription (if not in contact) or take it with you.
But you need to speak to sky as we are fellow customers on the community and there is no online journey for what you are trying to do. Dial 150 from a sky landline or mobile or use the number here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help
