Tracking delivery

Hi,

 

I ordered yesterday (Wednsday) around 11am. When I check my orders on the MySky app all it says is Order placed and activation due but no tracking information or anything to say it's been/being shipped. Sorry for the impatience but how long should I leave it before contacting sky?

Normally with your order timing you mention, that would make for a next day delivery, as the delivery schedule shows in the article below.

But we have found from others on here it sometimes can take a few days for a delivery to be actioned on its journey..

 

Keep checking your MySky order tracking and watch out for a text or email also from Royal Mail or DPD.

Check in your spam folder, in case their tracking emails drop in there.

If after a few more days, it still has not shown as being sent, would then suggest contacting Sky.
