You are suffering from poor internet connectivity (wifi) or poor speeds or poor latency. Sky stream needs a minium of 35 mbps and good latency/connectivity. You need to inprove your broadband speeds or connectivy or possibly both. Try an ethernet connection. You can test speeds via netflix on the box
