The continue watching rail only updates Netflix shoes

The "continue watching" rail has never worked properly since I received the stream puck last month. Only shows Netflix and nothing else. I've already made sure everything is "ticked"  as stated on Sky Stream help and disconnected and reconnected again but nothing has changed.  Any ideas anyone? Thanks

Might be worth logging into your My Sky account here https://www.sky.com/mydetails/data-and-personalisation and then disabling Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling for a few minutes before re-enabling it. If it does fix the issue it may take a couple of days for the continue watching rail to repopulate as expected.

Hi,  thanks for replying. I have already tried that as well but still no luck 🤷‍♀️

Have exactly the same issue. We are new to sky stream and have only had it for less than 24 hours - but only Netflix shows appear in the continue watching.

Hi @LordBelborough It can take a couple of days for the rail to start populating but it certainly should show programmes you are watching on demand (it will not log live TV shows of course).

I'm not sure why but occasionally I have lost programmes from my CW rail and I am just left with Netflix shows but this has not happened for ages now..   It has always corrected itself after a few hours.

A reboot of your puck might also help if it is just a software glitch.  To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset).  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will get a blank screen for a minute or so.

If you are still having problems in a couple of days post back here.
