The "continue watching" rail has never worked properly since I received the stream puck last month. Only shows Netflix and nothing else. I've already made sure everything is "ticked" as stated on Sky Stream help and disconnected and reconnected again but nothing has changed. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

Find out moreMight be worth logging into your My Sky account here https://www.sky.com/mydetails/data-and-personalisation and then disabling Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations & Profiling for a few minutes before re-enabling it. If it does fix the issue it may take a couple of days for the continue watching rail to repopulate as expected.

Hi, thanks for replying. I have already tried that as well but still no luck 🤷♀️
