Technical fault on all TV Guide channels

I started my two year contract for the Sky Stream Puck in June, and it worked seamlessly at first. Since 2nd September, I haven't been able to watch TV via the TV Guide on my puck, but I can watch films, etc via the apps on the puck. I've been in constant contact with Sky about this issue and have gone through numerous factory resets and hard resets, and they've tested the speed of my broadband router, which is hardwired to the puck with wi-fi turned off in advanced network settings.

They then told me that other puck subscribers have been having the same problem, and their tech team were working on it, and it should be fixed by 9th September. Needless to say, it wasn't fixed, so they sent me a replacement puck, which I received yesterday, the 11th, and I'm still getting the technical fault issue.

As Sky have told me that I'm not the only one with this technical fault problem, and after nearly two weeks of not being able to watch Sky channels, how much longer do I give them to fix this? I'm sick fed up of it, and I'm now at the stage of wanting to cancel my contract as they haven't upheld their side of it, and put Sky in the bin for good.

Re: Technical fault on all TV Guide channels

Same issue here with Sky Streaming channels via Virgin Media broadband. Both WiFi and ethernet connections exhibit the same result Powering off the puck for a spell was no help. Was working fine 10 Sept morning.
