Technical Fault with this channel - Sky Stream

I have a Sky Stream Puck. This afternoon I started getting error message Technical fault with this programme. Please try again later. This is happening on all channels. I have restarted the puck and hub (several times) the puck is connected to the WiFi via Ethernet cable and there are no speed issues.  Apps are working without issue!  Any advice?

Who is your ISP?

 

What is the router sync speed to the internet?

 

What is the connection speed measured by the Netflix app on your Puck to the internet?

Hi - I'm with Plusnet. 

My speed is 140.18mbps. 

Netflix app is saying: 84.21mbps

Have you tried power off at plug.... wait 2 minutes.... power on?

I've add that happen to me  your not the only 1 who as got it along with technical fault @DanieRivs

I have had this issue and been speaking to sky who just fob you off as it's an issue and they are working on it. Yet they advertise it like there is nothing wrong. 

But I have found if you turn off/disable IPV6 on you internet it's much more reliable. Still get the error on some certain channels but it definitely helps.
