I have a Sky Stream Puck. This afternoon I started getting error message Technical fault with this programme. Please try again later. This is happening on all channels. I have restarted the puck and hub (several times) the puck is connected to the WiFi via Ethernet cable and there are no speed issues. Apps are working without issue! Any advice?

Who is your ISP?
What is the router sync speed to the internet?
What is the connection speed measured by the Netflix app on your Puck to the internet?

Have you tried power off at plug.... wait 2 minutes.... power on?

I've add that happen to me your not the only 1 who as got it along with technical fault @DanieRivs
