@Jal  You've posted this on the broadband board but your post mentions TV, as you've previosuly posted on the Sky Stream board i'm presuming you have Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Jal  This is a known issue that Sky are trying to resolve.  I have found that the only way to resume viewing again is to reboot my puck through the Settings > System management > Resets & Updates > restart device (it takes a couple of minutes and gives a blank screen for a while).
