Hi, I'm looking to switch from sky stream & getting sky glass. I can't seem to get on the right track about it, any help will be great. Thank yiu

@RosieClay1996 You'd need to call Sky to do this, however if the sole reason is to get a new TV them perhaps considering a less expensive Smart TV and keeping stream would be the best solution.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
