Streaming problems
Recently got Sky full fibre broadband and the TV package, with sports and TNT added.
Two pucks...neither work. Trying to watch the football on TNT and all works fine for about 1 minutes, then it cuts out intermittently until the screen goes grey and then eventually sound cuts out too.
Is there an actual human being to talk to anywhere because the bloody help bots are as much use as wings on a hippo.

Re: Streaming problems
How have you got the pucks connected ? If you can connect them with ethernet cables it more stable than WiFi and you can ring sky and ask for a booster for the wifi aswell also what speed is each puck getting, you can check this on each puck by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network to see what speed each one is getting, sky say to watch hd channels you need a minimum of 25mps for each puck, to watch in uhd channels you need a minimum of 35mps
