Stream puck crashes

My Sky Stream puck is crashing a lot. It's gone off three times during the Man City vs Arsenal game. Watching in UHD. Fed up with it. It either freezes and needs unplugging, or sometimes the screen goes black. When it is working the sound drops out every so often. I can't find a way to actually speak to anyone about it, and when I go through the steps on the MySky app it basically keeps saying there's nothing wrong with the thing!
