Stream playlists synchronising across all pucks?

I was told by the Sky in the Glasgow shop that the Playlists do not sync across all your pucks - can't believ that and read in this forum that they do. Anyone clarify for def??

Everything is stored on Sky's servers, very little on the puck. So once you've signed in everything is synchronised across all devices.
