Stream pixelating on BBC2 as well as itv

I'm aware of the problems with pixelating on ITV but I have it on BBC2 at the moment, it was mentioned on another post that if we had a problem other than itv then we should vest a new thread so here I am.  Increasingly fed up with Sky Stream.

Do those channels pixelate when accessed using the apps on your Smart TV?

I don't know, I can't access them on the TV as it doesn't have integrated freeview and i dont have an aerial.  But, I have done a reset on the puck and it hasn't happened since so maybe that's stopped it for a while?

The TV doesn't need Freeview or an aerial to access apps .... it just needs to be a Smart TV😉

Well, since I did a hard reset on the Puck the pixelating had completely stopped on any channel.  Also checked direct on TV and no overheating there either, which leads be to think that it is definitely the Puck causing the issue.  I see one of two others have solved it temporarily by a reset, so I'll update here on a week or so on case it returns.
