Stream has killed my wifi

Changed from Sky Q to Stream last week, I upgraded to full fibre 500 and got the Sky Max router. I have the main tv in the living room and two satellite pucks in the kitchen and bedroom, all on the ground floor. The two satellite systems will not work, no wifi. More worryingly the main system in the living room is losing wifi connection to the Max router which it is sitting beside. My laptop has an intermittent / no wifi connection. Sky are sending me out an extender pod, I can't see this having much effect . Had no such problems with Sky Q.

@eoinmac  The pucks are Stream pucks not Satelite pucks, Stream works over broadband not Satellite.

In addition if you had Sky Q and changed to Stream you've lost the Mesh that Sky Q had, Strea, does not provide a mesh.

It sound like you may need boosters if you have the Max Hub (White one) and would need to call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@eoinmac while the Sky Max hub is not thebest router in thecworld it certainly should give ample bandwidth for a Sky Stream puck in the same room. Make sure the hub and the puck are out in the open not under or behind other equipment you may need a longer cable from the hub to the new ONT which is only a simplecethernet lead you can buy anywhere.  The pod should be placed halfway between the hub and shere you need the boost.

If that doesntvwork call Sky and request an engineer comes out.

Satellite has more than one meaning.
