Stream box not turning on

Stream box not turning on. No lights.

WiFi connection is ok but could be better, tried to unplug it and back on again and still not working.

@Ameliaboults Underneath the puck at the front you will find a power button , try this button & see if the power light comes on , the remotes connection might have been severed or remote might be malfunctioning

Can you try the following please.

Often the cause of this is the Sky Stream puck gets stuck in a kind of standby state.

Read this Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4 ;
