Stream FW upgrade broke my Q remote compatibility

Hi, 
I know sky had some issues twith their FW update, but mine seemed ok until I tried to use voice with my remote.

I have always used my old Q remote, as it is better than the stream one. However pressing the voice button gives an on-screen propmt telling me to pair the remote. I have tried this 1-3 and also the reset 7-9 then pair, but it refuses to work.

@billx  I have used a Sky Q remote as a secondary one with Glass and stream for the last 2 years.  I found that when I was upgraded to QS030 a few weeks ago I found that the Q remote would no longer pair with bluetooth but it still works fine in IR mode.  Even after the general outage at the end of last week the remote is still working but again in IR mode only.
