Last week someone came round to set us up but had issues finding a BT line and left without doing any work. I need to know is there any plans on this getting resolved and if not could you please take everything sent out to us back and cancel our subscription before you try billing me for something I don't have or used.

Any connection work required for broadband is done by OpenReach, and the only way to get the updates from them is to ask the ISP if they have had any updates from OpenReach.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

As per my previous post you need to call Sky to find out the latest update from OpenReach, especially if no additional information is available at https://www.sky.com/ordertracking/.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nickbowie The forum filter blocks phone numbers but it you select the link below and then “need more help” drop down at the bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky: https://www.sky.com/help/home#M1014
When calling to get past the chatbot and speak to someone try answering the following:
Say about sky Stream
Say it’s something else
Say NO when asked about using the web link
This should result in you being put through to an adviser.
