Then after a minute states. Technical fault with this programme try later

I cannot watch any programmes which I am paying for. Service is disappointing

Oddly. I can watch a selection of programmes on bbc iPlayer.

I await your reply, but the last five complaints, I have received only one reply.

@Janine35

Is this on Sky Q ?

Btw, we are customers here so this isn't Sky support on here but if you reply we might be able to help.

Re: States technical fault

No it's a sky puck

Sorry to post on here I thought it was the complaint forum for sky.  I'm so mad

I have had this problem on and off since May 2025 after moving from the Midlands to Dorset

I had virgin media and never a problem. Virgin media have not made it to the Dorset Jurassic coast yet!!!!

They sold it to me with bells and whistles and I am a carer for my elderly parents in thier 90's who enjoy to sit down at night and watch their tv

I will complain again - again apologies for the rant

@Janine35  1st thing to check is the sped reaching the puck, open the netflix app on the puck, go to get help, run connection test, what speed is being reported?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
