@Carlos1986  If you're asking to cancel Sky Sports you need to be aware this is a customer helps customer community and can't request a cancellation, try through your Sky account https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Go into your MySky account, under Your products.

Select Sky Sports and if your able to cancel,  it wil allow you to there.

It will depend if your on a kind of months trial, within your first 31 days or out of your 24months Sky Sports pack contact period.

 

If it does not allow you too, you are still in a contract term and will have to wait until that ends..

Or as above, call Sky and see if the retentions team can maybe help you get a better deal.
