Hello,
I have recently signed up to Sky Stream and have experienced the same issues. Replacements have been provided, however the problem persists. The only thing that resolves it, is rebooting the system, but to have to do this on a regular basis is it really poor. I've done some research and can see this a widespread problem. Sky really need to pull their finger and fix the problem!
