Sound issue

I recently took out a whole home subscription and my new puck has been connected for a couple of weeks. whenever I'm watching anything from the playlist after a while there is no sound, I do not have a sound bar on this TV. I have rebooted the puck on multiple occasions which hasn't worked, is anyone else having this issue? My main puck does not do this.

Check the puck's audio output settings. If you're connecting it only to the TV without any soundbar then use PCM Stereo as the output.

This sounds like your TV for the Puck you are having issues is offering a different sound source.

Either;

Click the options button . . . on your remote and choose Settings.

or

Click the Home button on your Sky remote, scrolling down to the bottom of the home screen and selecting Settings.

Select
Picture & Sound, then Sound.

Select Digital audio output HDMI and choose Auto

If you find using Auto produces a poorer sound experience, then and only then choose PCM
