I set up my Puck a couple of days ago, whilst setting up the remote the volume worked on first try but then stopped once set up. I've spoken to a technician and he went through lots of different things but nothing worked. Sent out a replacement remote and that's not connecting either.
Anyone else have a similar issue? I know I can use the TV remote but would rather have the Sky one working.
