So much wrong freezing, pixilating, black screen

I've had the sky Puck for 4 days and have spent most of that time trying to make it work. I have yet to watch any live TV. Apps i.e Disney/prime all work.

Key issues are:

- Turn on live TV and it plays for a couple of minutes then a red pixilated line appears on a black screen

- Try and watch any sky program and it goes straight to black screen then eventually returns to the blue home screen 

- occasionally just freezes on the home page and can't do anything!

- Shows technical fault on almost every channel 

 

Have turned it on and off more times than I can count, have done a factory reset of the puck. We have sky 150 broadband 129mb average speed.

 

Can't find any help on the FAQ I am really dissapointed

Have you tried disabling the WiFi in the pucks settings, connecting via Ethernet cable and then rebooting the puck again turning it off at the plug for 1 minute?

I understand the frustration - call Sky support explain the issues and get them to send you a new puck.
