Does the streaming device need to be kept on as whin I turn it on it takes at least half hour to load or 4 to 5 goes of turning on and off to be able to watch anything
@Bugsie1 When you say "the streaming device" I presume you mean the small black box that we call a puck. If so then @TimmyBGood says it should just be turned off by the power button on the remote so it goes into standby. That being said when you turn it off at the power source it should reset and turn on within a few minutes and then remain stable. If it is taking half an hour to come on then it sounds like you have your setup all wrong, or it is faulty.
