Skyvstream puck keeps randomly restarting.

My sky puck keeps randomly restarting which takes around 2 mins. Random times of the day. Very annoying when watching live sport. Anyone else having this problem

That sounds annoying. 

I think there's a few things you could consider doing. 

1. Make sure the device is getting enough power, is it plugged in properly?

2. Do a factory reset via the settings section. You'll need to log back in to your apps again but your playlist will persist. 
3. Contact Sky for a replacement puck.
