Skystream

A few answers needed. New to sky stream and moving to present stations after watching streaming then moving to tv stations lip sync os out by approximately 2 seconds? Can you delete watched streamed programmes? How do I find programmes that will be shown ahead of transmission?

that's about all for now, but pretty disappointed with the new sky stream services and only had up and running for a matter of weeks. I need to speak to a human being.

Hi @Kirky74

We are not sky support this is a customer helps customer community. Younwill need to call Sky if you want to speak to someone.

However to answer your questions:

1) lip sync is a known issue. See: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Lip-Sync-issues-Sky-Stream/td-p/4607728

2) in the TV guide press and hold the right side of the circle on the remote and it will display days of the week for you to select. Video under using sky stream may help: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs

3) Pressing the + button adds them to your playlist and the same button removes them. You cannot remove items from the continue watching rail on the home screen.

Re: Skystream

Seems lip sync is a huge problem for sky . Looked at other customers problems and sky engineers answer "new software added an that will be fully rolled out by end of January". Appears to still be a problem. Come on sky get your act together or it will be a big compensation issue for you.

Sky are aware that the fix rolled out in January was only partially effective. and some customers are still having problems. They're still working on it.
